We participated in the Giving Tuesday Ukraine conference, which brought together businesses, NGOs, volunteers, and international partners around the ideas of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Key discussion topics included:

  • How to scale CSR projects to address social issues.
  • Examples of successful business initiatives transforming communities.
  • The role of partnerships in implementing systemic changes.

Key speakers at the conference:

  • Olena Plakhova (CMO, Nova Poshta), who shared insights on integrating CSR into corporate processes.
  • Karine Polyanska (Uklon), who presented a case study on creating socially impactful products.
  • Pavlo Moroz (Director of CSR Department, MHP), who spoke about long-term programs supporting local communities.
  • Oksana Lykhozhon (CMO, Zagoriy Foundation), who showcased a CSR guide based on best practices from the business and NGO sectors.

At EUCCD, we actively implement CSR development strategies for businesses, particularly in the following areas:
✔️ Supporting projects for veterans.
✔️ Promoting environmental initiatives, including water resource conservation.
✔️ Restoring critical infrastructure in communities.

Businesses and NGOs can collaboratively address ecological, humanitarian, and social challenges by integrating sustainable development values. This creates a foundation for innovative solutions and partnerships aimed at long-term positive changes in the country.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers of the Giving Tuesday Ukraine conference Zagoriy Foundation for creating a unique platform for exchanging experiences, building new partnerships, and discussing strategic pathways for the development of impactful community initiatives that contribute to sustainable societal growth.
