Strengthening the Capacity of Project Organizations: Training for Communities in Southern and Central Ukraine
On December 4 and 6, Valeria Honcharenko, Head of the Project Office at the European-Ukrainian Cooperation and Development Council (EUCCD), conducted a series of lectures titled “Strengthening the Capacity of Project Organizations. Local and Regional Development Projects.” The training brought together activists and community representatives from Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions.

These sessions gathered over 40 participants, including project managers, community leaders, and local government officials, all seeking new tools for the development of their communities.

During the sessions, moderated by Pavlo Yarmiy, participants had the opportunity to receive practical knowledge and discuss specific challenges in their work.

The training helps activists and community representatives adapt best practices to their local needs. The knowledge and tools gained will help them implement innovative projects, attract funding, and create long-term positive impact in their regions.
