Our team took part in today’s event “Acting for survivors”
The event was held within the framework of the International Action “16 Days of Activism Against Violence” at the initiative of the Office of the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration with the support of the UN and the organizer UA Experts.
We are grateful to the organizers and the Head of UAExperts, Response&Prevention, Sergiy Nizhynskyi, for uniting, organizing and supporting us.
Taras Holub, Advisor to the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, also joined the event.
“Acting for Survivors” is about:
– solidarity of the participants’ indifference to people who have survived and are still going through traumatic experiences related to the military invasion, evacuation, movement through checkpoints, living in the occupied territories;
– Encouraging care for mental and physical health as the main components of a full and healthy human life;
– a society free from violence;
– athletes and people with disabilities; children, adults and the elderly.
