EUCCD is a team of like-minded individuals who have joined forces to develop Ukraine as part of the European family. In the wake of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and Ukraine’s EU candidate status, Ukraine has received unprecedented political support from the European Union and its member states. The EUCCD aims to facilitate the transformation of political support into practical cooperation:

• project development;
• technical support for submitting projects under various procedures for attracting funding;
• involvement of organizations and specialists in the joint implementation of projects.
