European Ukrainian Council for Cooperation and Development
EUCCD is a non-profit organization established on the basis of partnership and has a comprehensive approach to the restoration and development of Ukraine, particularly the Eastern and Southern regions. The organization plays a key role in the state policy on issues of strategic recovery and development of Ukraine, European integration processes, attracting investments to the regions, international cooperation.
The creation of the organization was based on the need to support initiatives aimed at meeting the common interests of Ukrainian citizens, regardless of their location, by promoting local and regional development, the development of intra-regional, inter-regional and international cooperation.

The main goal of the Organization is to promote cooperation and development of relations between Ukrainian and European organizations, enterprises, public administration and local self-government bodies.
Our vision is to create a bridge between Ukraine and the European Union that will facilitate Ukraine’s integration into the European community through in-depth cooperation in the fields of economy, culture, education and social development. We strive to become a leading organization that builds an effective dialogue between citizens, governments, businesses and civil society in Ukraine and the EU countries in order to improve living standards, strengthen democratic values and promote sustainable development.
Our organization sees a future in which Ukraine is an integral part of the European family of nations, where cooperation is based on mutual respect, shared values and the desire for peace, stability and prosperity. We are confident that by joining forces, we will be able to implement projects that will contribute to economic development, environmental improvement, culture and science, and support social justice.
- Direction 1: Promoting and developing projects for the restoration and development of Ukraine.
Objective: Ensuring the recovery and sustainable development of Ukraine through the initiating, development and implementation of projects aimed at economic recovery, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, digitalization, culture, democracy and strengthening the country’s institutional capacity. - Direction 2: Promoting sustainable development of Ukraine in the context of EU principles and values.
Objective: To actively support Ukraine’s integration into the European Union through the implementation and promotion of European values, such as democracy, rule of law, human rights, tolerance, social justice and environmental sustainability.To promote Ukrainian values and priorities on the European agenda. - Direction 3: Promoting the reintegration of Ukrainians temporarily or permanently residing outside Ukraine. «Ukrainians in the World»
Objective: To support Ukrainians who temporarily or permanently reside abroad, providing conditions for their successful integration and active participation in the restoration and development of the country. - Direction 4: Support for humanitarian projects: social infrastructure, IDPs, veterans and their families, children, war prisoners, families of the deceased, healthcare.
Objective: Providing long-term support to socially vulnerable categories of the population of Ukraine through the development and restoration of social infrastructure, assistance to IDPs, veterans, their families, children, war prisoners and families of the deceased, as well as improving healthcare. - Direction 5: Development of organizational capacities of the EUCCD.
Objective: Ensuring stable growth and increasing the efficiency of the organization through the development of internal structures, professional development of the team, strengthening management processes and expanding the resource base.
